Thanks to your input throughout the NEXTransit planning process, we’ve finally unveiled the final plan. We made some revisions based on your comments, and now we’re ready to start implementing the plan!

All the input you’ve provided us over the last year and a half has been invaluable. That stretch of time has been challenging for a lot of people, and we know how hard it can be to focus on long-term goals when the present is uncertain.
Port Authority (and the entire planning team) appreciates everyone who took some time to tell us their thoughts about the future of transit in Allegheny County.
NEXTransit is just the first step in building the transit future this community deserves. Now that it’s been adopted by Port Authority’s Board of Directors, it’s be time to start implementing it, so stay tuned!
